Global wealth creation is expected to increase over the next several years, translating to a potential influx of luxury buyers and an increase in price points in high-end property markets around the world.

Despite interest rate hikes and general insecurity about the economic outlook, demand for luxury homes continues, especially in Florida. Florida is now the nation's fastest-growing state, pushing past New York as the third most populous state. Although we are experiencing expected corrections from the sugar-high trajectories of 2020-2021, there are positives in the year ahead for Sarasota Luxury Real Estate. We live in an amazing place with amazing people who are simply happier than in so many other places. We suspect a good number of new residents will join us in the year ahead.
