Phase II to Be Released in July
Underground Parking Added to Plan
Phase II of the Bath + Racquet Residences and Club is set to be released within the next couple weeks. Phase II will be built at the same time as Phase I. It will be built over the clubhouse, which means completion of the clubhouse will be earlier than anticipated. We were also told that gated underground parking for residents has been added to the plan. The demolition permit has been issued and will begin in a few weeks.

The Economic Development Corporation of Sarasota County hosted its annual Economic Outlook Breakfast last month at the Ritz-Carlton in Downtown Sarasota.
"Over the past couple of years our community has seen businesses and individuals flock to our area changing our landscape and economy," said Lisa Krouse, EDC president and CEO, in her opening remarks. "As talk of recession looms, and areas of opportunity for growth emerge, our business leaders are looking for the most up to date and reliable economic data."
