Less than three months after the first holes were punched in the walls of the former Bath & Racquet Club clubhouse, the 13.42-acre site in Sarasota has been cleared to make way for the start of redevelopment. Now branded Bath + Racquet Residences & Club, Phase 1 sales are nearly closed out and Phase 2 sales are underway.
