Tommy Haas Joins Bath & Racquet
Former World No. 2 Tennis Pro Joins Development Team |
The Bath + Racquet Residences & Club will soon begin construction on its $200 million redevelopment project. The new facility will feature 13 outdoor tennis courts and 16 pickleball courts, with 12 of the pickleball courts located indoors in a climate-controlled, 32,000-square-foot facility. Former world No. 2 tennis pro Tommy Haas is collaborating with the project's development team to lead the programming. Haas will be involved in the design process, curating the coaching experience and overseeing day-to-day tennis operations. He will also be involved in bringing in talent, from trainers to players.
The redevelopment will also bring 256 residential units to the area, ranging from one-bedroom condos starting at $710,000 to three-bedroom condos priced at $1.3+ million.
